How to convert an image
- Choose or drop your WebP images.
- The output format is already JPG; change it if you need another.
- Tap Convert.
- Download each image or all of them in a ZIP.
What is this tool for?
Images saved from the web are often WebP, and many editors, forms and older apps do not accept it. Converting WebP to JPG makes the image work everywhere.
Everything runs on your device, so your images are never uploaded.
Limits to keep in mind
- PNG with transparency converted to JPG gets a white background, because JPG has no transparency.
- Converting never recovers quality that was already lost; PNG from a JPG will be larger but not sharper.
- Very large images (over 16 megapixels) are reduced automatically. Animated images keep only the first frame.
