- Copy the result.
What is this tool for?
Text copied from a PDF, an email or a spreadsheet often arrives with broken lines, repeated entries, empty lines or messy spacing. Cleaning it by hand takes long; here each fix is one click, and you can chain them.
It is handy for lists of names, emails, keywords or product codes, and for fixing paragraphs that came out cut into short lines. Everything runs in your browser and your text is never uploaded.
Limits to keep in mind
- Duplicates are lines that are exactly equal, so “Apple” and “apple” count as different.
- Sorting treats numbers naturally (2 before 10) and follows the rules of the page language.
Frequently asked questions
Is my text sent to a server?
No. It is processed in your browser, on your device, and is not stored.
How do I remove extra spaces and blank lines from a text?
Paste your text and use Trim extra spaces, Remove empty lines or Remove line breaks. You see the result instantly and can click Undo.
How do I remove line breaks?
Press Remove line breaks: all lines are joined into a single paragraph separated by spaces.
Does Remove duplicate lines keep the order?
Yes. It keeps the first time each line appears and removes the repeats, without changing the order.
Can I undo?
Yes. Undo goes back step by step if you chain several actions.
