How to calculate business days
- Pick the start date and the end date.
- Leave “Count business days only (Monday to Friday)” checked.
- Add the holidays of your country that you want to exclude.

What it is for, with examples
It is useful for delivery deadlines, due dates for paperwork, vacation days or trial periods that are counted in business days. A full week from Monday to Friday is 5 business days; an ordinary month has about 20 to 22.
Holidays change by country and year, so you add them yourself: each one you add is subtracted if it falls from Monday to Friday.
Good to know
- Business days are Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday do not count.
