How to play
- Choose your opponent: the computer (pick a level and who goes first) or a friend on the same device.
- The board is already set to 9×7; you can change it under "Board".
- Tap a column to drop your disc: it falls to the lowest free slot.
- The first player to line up four discs of the same color horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins.
About this version
On the classic 7×6 board, the first player can always win with perfect play if they start in the middle column. On bigger boards the game changes: there are more possible lines and more room to maneuver, so the advantage of going first is less obvious and games last longer.
You can combine the board size with other rules: switch to 3 or 5 discs to win, or play in PopOut mode. Everything is calculated on your device and nothing is sent to any server.
Good to know
- The computer's Hard level thinks for a limited time, so on big boards it doesn't search as many moves as on the classic board.
- Scores and settings are saved only in this browser.
- The Undo button takes back your move and the computer's reply.
